Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. Then you can track your order by going to this page - TRACK MY ORDER <- Order Lookup Page

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your order to process, and an additional 3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 7-16 days. For International orders, please allow up to 5-20 days.

Q: I put the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

A: If you need to update your address, please select the contact us tab and send us a message within 24 hours of placing your order and we would be glad to change it for you.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We will ship the ordered item(s) to your address but once you receive your order, you can ship it back to us and once we receive it, we will fully refund you.

Q: What is the exchange/refund policy?

A: We value our customers and want them to have an excellent customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we would be glad to refund you in full by following the below steps:

  • Email us with your order number and name with a subject of (Refund Request)
  • List your product and why you want to return it
  • Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.
  • Ship the item back and once we receive and inspect it, we will fully refund you. You will get an email with the details and the refund will be credited back to your account.

Q: Why does shipping take so long?

A: Our products are one of a kind and are ​significantly lower priced​ than other competitors. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first
